Melanie Engelman is the founder of S.H.E. Sisterhood and proudly serves as Mrs. Reading Pennsylvania. She blends pageant leadership with a professional background in Corporate America to create empowerment programs that are intentional, strategic, and measurable.
Grounded in data, research, and education-based practices, Melanie ensures every initiative is designed for real-world impact—not just inspiration. Inspired by motherhood and driven by advocacy, she uses her platform and professional expertise to remove barriers, build self-trust, and create sustainable opportunities for women and girls.
